Mandatory:
* Prefer direct experience as ServiceNow Platform Owner .
* 5+ years as ServiceNow Platform Owner, Engagement Mgr or Service Delivery Mgr .
* Strong consultative skills with ServiceNow platform and functionality .
* Engaging clients, Business executives, Service Managers and other Product Owners
* Provide SN platform capabilities consulting, gaining agreements on expectations with designs, extracting requirements and then leading project to completion .
* SN base level out of box functionality, customizations with ITSM or ITOM .
* Strong interworking with deployment engineers/developers .
* Strong project management and key service delivery best practices .
* Understands Agile and SCRUM frameworks, stand-ups, ITIL and ITSM standards .
* Understands project initiatives, resources, budgets, timelines, risk management, standards, reporting .
* Understands onsite/offshore resourcing models .
* Self-motivation, high-energy, a proactive disposition and a team player mentality .
* Clear communication skills, working with external facing customers .
Preferred/Optional:
* Any experience with extended ServiceNow functions like ITBM, CSM, HRSD, etc.
* Project Management or ServiceNow certs .

- Bridge the technical and business worlds as products are designed that enable key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science and product delivery teams
- Collating owner feedback from the owner satisfaction survey as well as other listening posts in order to identify the key drivers for increasing owner advocacy in the Americas
- Assist in business training, such as products and services, sales techniques, and business relationship management, to Bank employees
- Achieve consumer goals by cross-selling consumer products to deepen relationship with small business owners and employees
- Monitor metric level strategy with accountable business
- Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business
- Determine specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs
- Distribute information obtained from small businesses that is applicable to acquisition needs
