Exciting Opportunity available in Florence KY!
Our customer, located in Florence is adding to their team! This is an excellent opportunity that doesn't come along very often! At a competitive pay rate, this position assists the operators to allow them to focus on the part quality on the line as well as, keeping the machine loaded and ready to go into production.
Requirements
- Ability t oassist the operator to set up the machine using an overhead crane to position jig bases on the pallet for cutting. This requires using general hand tools, tape measure, wrenches to align and bolt down to fixture.
- Bending over, going up and down steps to the machine area, standing is required for this position to assist with these types of set ups and general work on the line.
- Ability to lift 50lbs for taking tooling in and out of tool carts.
- Will be required to use coolant fill totes and fill up premixed coolant and push down to each machine for fill up on the machine sumps.
- Will assist with any clean up on machines once parts are finished running.
- Familiar with general hand tooling along with pneumatic air tools for use on the line.
- This line consists of 4 large machining centers that are in a bay approx.400 ft. long. Walking between the machine will be required to assist where needed through out the shift.
Education: HS diploma or GED required
This is a Monday-Friday position, but may require overtime as needed. 1st and 2nd shift available!
