Classification: Accountant - Entry Level
Compensation: $18.05 to $20.90 hourly
Robert Half is looking for an Accountant to take on a reconciliation project for our client. This person will be responsible for reconciling investment accounts, working with statements, and researching discrepancies. This position is located in St. Paul and will start right away!
Responsibilities:
- Work through online portal of investment accounts
- Enter statement information into system and reconcile
- Use given tools to research any discrepancies
- Ad hoc analysis as assigned

- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience at minimum
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of account reconciliation
- Preferred education is an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
