Accounts Payable Processor at Kforce Finance and Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) on a temporary to permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Accounts Payable Processor will be preparing batches of invoices for data entry
• Reconciling invoices, 3-way matching of invoices to receipts and purchase orders
• Accounts Payable Processor will be coding invoices to correct general ledger and job codes
• Manage the weekly check run
• As a Accounts Payable Processor, this role will prepare vendor checks for mailing

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Possess effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• SAP experience highly preferred
