Accounts Receivable Specialist at Staffmark

Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist 3
 Pay Rate: 25.85

Length of contract: 4 months with the potential of an extension

Additional Notes:
1. Remote currently - Will report to 85 Challenger once office reopens

Summary:
The main function of this role is to process and maintain return orders along with assuring prompt and accurate return credit processing

Job Responsibilities:
• Process quarterly stock rotation requests using reporting tools to compare sales history against contract terms
• Resolve customer return discrepancies as reported by returns warehouses
• Work with customer, sales and collection teams to resolves charge-backs issued for assigned accounts to balance AR
• Communicate with customers regarding RA status supporting inquiries and changes
• Process debits & credits (as needed)

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Individual/Shared).

Education/Experience:
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• SAP/ERP Systems
• 3-5 Years Work Experience in Related Business Field
• Excel (Vlookups | Pivot tables)
