Roles & Responsibilities
? Support AWS Practice team with pre-sales, post-sales and renewal opportunities. Manage
numerous requests simultaneously.
? Engage in new AWS customer account onboarding and lead cost optimization discussions
including account structure and cost analysis.
? Provide customized reporting by clarifying inquiries, analyzing data and effectively
communicating with customers.
? Help customers understand opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
? Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to increase customer understanding of
various tools and systems within their cloud environment and their AWS cloud journey.
? Support AWS Practice with RFP content, ROI requests, security questionnaires and vendor
forms.
? Drive cross-functional collaboration to promote and share best practices across Kaizen's
customer base.
? Support the AWS Practice in preparation and presentation of customer business reviews.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
? BA/BS degree required.
? 1+ year experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite for client solution analysis.
? Analytical problem solver.
? Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Flexible and agile with the ability to work well in loosely structured situations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Background in sales or experience working with sales teams.
? AWS Cloud Certifications.
? Knowledge and experience working with cloud computing and existing cloud technologies.
