Vaco has partnered with a nonprofit organization that is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage the setup and cleanup of accounting records within QuickBooks Online.
This project can be completed on a 100% remote basis.
Position Title: Bookkeeper
Position Type: Contract
Project Length: Approx. 4-6 weeks, potential for ongoing work as needed
Location: Remote
Requirements for the position include:
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online software, preferably QuickBooks Certified
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting concepts
- Prior experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
- Basic Excel skills
