Staffmark is looking for experienced Call Center Support Representatives that can demonstrate excellence in delivering both world class customer service and problem resolution for a busy Financial Services call center in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity at a busy call center located in the Phoenix/Ahwatukee area. You must be willing to work at the jobsite; which is located near the Ahwatukee/Phoenix border; off I-10 and Ray Road.
Position is set to start October 25, 2021. Pay rate is $17.00/hour for 1st shift and $18.36/hour for 2nd shift.
Qualified Call Center Support Representative candidates will need:
- 1+years' experience working in a call center and/or customer focused environment
- Experience navigating dual monitors and with multiple applications at a time
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
- Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome
- Strong attention to detail, communication and listening skills
- Flexibility to work shift schedule and overtime as needed (the facility is open 24/7 (schedules typically fall between the hours of 7:00AM to 7:30PM- including some weekends.
