Classification: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20.00 to $30.00 hourly
DAY TO DAY: LEAD A TEAM OF CLIENT SERVICE PROFESSIONALS IN THE PENISULA OFFICE
EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree BA/BS from a 4-year college or university
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals
- 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple projects required Leadership problem solving and analytical skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated organization communication written oral telephone customer service and public relations skills required
- ADOBE INDESIGN
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
- Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Must possess excellent oral written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively. Able to listen and respond well to inquiries
- Demonstrate high level of group presentation skills and effectively present numerical data
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity of data being reviewed by internal and external clients
OTHER SKILLS
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite internet research and web publishing skills
- Focus on problem solving mathematical analysis and project management
- Knowledge of accounting and business law helpful
