Collections Representative at Kforce Finance and Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Collections Representative in Grapevine, Texas (TX) on a contract possible contract to hire. This position will be on a dialer. The Collections Representative will take inbound and make outbound calls, about 150 - 200 a day. They will also make payment arrangements and take payments for customer's accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of collections experience
• Must be very customer service oriented
• Must be upbeat and positive
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
