(Bank's Holding) USA was Established in 2016, (Bank's Holding) USA is a fully capitalized and funded entity, with its own formal Board of Directors. The Federal Reserve requirement covers the following key areas: risk governance, risk-based capital and planning leverage ratio, liquidity management, capital planning (CCAR) and regulatory adoption.

Overview of department/team:
The Internal Americas and Investment Bank Internal Communications team provides communications support for the IB and (Bank's Holding) USA CEO, Global Head of D&I, IB divisional leads, the Bank's Raleigh and functions located in the US. We drive alignment across all internal communication teams, and set the agenda for internal topics and manage regional content for the intranet, digital signage, corporate emails and other channels. Furthermore, we provide strategic communications advice to and support for IB and (Bank's Holding) USA executives and their management teams (N-1, N-2), translating their strategies into communication concepts and editorial plans.
In addition to the day-to-day, Americas and IB Internal Communications drives planning and execution of IB and regional initiatives, projects and programs and support and co-ownership of global communication projects and initiatives.
