Construction Project Manager - Hudson Valley, NY
Allied Resources is looking for a Construction Project Manager with a mechanical & electrical bulk materials handling background for a capital project with a reputable building materials company! This position provides excellent compensation, daily per diem, and benefits package! The project duration will be approximately 4 months.
A day in the life:
- Oversee the field activities during the construction, installation, and commissioning on capital projects within a plant-based environments
- Maintain a record system to ensure documentation, RFIs, change requests, drawings and completion of work is fully updated & accurate.
- Perform safety observations and report findings.
- Conduct daily morning coordination meetings with contractor.
- Review of contractor daily activities and work plans.
- Perform walk-downs and schedule assessments of contractor's performance.
- Provide daily written reports.
- Coordination of daily work permits.
