Our client, a reputable higher education institution, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their Occupational Therapy Department! This role offers an incredible opportunity to join an innovative organization while sharpening your administrative experience.

About You:

  • Associates Degree or higher is preferred for this position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding computer and technology skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities

About the Job:

  • Manage communications, including confidential issues, by acting as key point of contact for department
  • Act as the department liaison to the Accounting, IT, and HR functions
  • Organize internal and external department sponsored events and department meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and room reservations
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and events, including marketing material, reports, agendas, etc.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and client liaison
  • Assist with daily office administration
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned or requested

This contract role offers an opportunity to sharpen your administrative skills with a reputable, and stable institution.
