Responsibilities

-         Control and service contracts database

-         Look after internal and external requests on status of contracts

-         Manage contractual provisions and administer contract proposals

-         Govern the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

-         Handle and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts

-         Develop and manage contract repositories

-         Oversee and outsource contracts

-         Review and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)

-         Perform duties effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented

-         Able to execute position's requirements in a fast-paced environment

- Eagerness to learn about new ideas and concepts

- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- 1+ years of previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity

- Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

- Excellent knowledge of Internet research, calendaring, word processing and spreadsheets

- Experience with Existing Contracts

- Demonstrated knowledge of non-disclosure agreements

- General familiarity with Required Signatures

- Proficiency in Existing Databases

- Adeptness in Resolve Claim

- Existing Databases experience preferred

- Expertise in Existing Contracts

- Contracts experience

- Incoming phone call management skills desired

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
