Classification: Customer Service Manager
Compensation: $34.20 to $39.60 hourly
The primary function is to partner with the management team to share the responsibility for meeting service level and response time objectives across all contacts channels. This position is also responsible for ensuring effective and efficient utilization of resources. The Customer Service Manager plans, organizes, and manages the workload through accurate forecasts, staff calculations, analytics, schedules, and management reports.
Job Requirements
Work Experience –
- Strong preference for furniture industry experience.
- Relevant experience using EDI software and other ERP/ CRM
- Three (3)- four (4) years of customer service management experience
- Managing teams of 10+ people
- Comfortable using forecasting tools/methods
- Queuing principles: Handling multiple media types and skills.
- Computer Knowledge and Skills - List the computer programs and software applications that are required for this position below:
- Work Force Management Applications
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- EDI
Qualifications Required
Education – Bachelor's Degree (any field) or equivalent combination of education and experience required
