Classification: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly
Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position with a nonprofit. This position is an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled candidate. Essential Functions:
- Assist in the fulfillment and delivery of store orders placed online.
- Provide excellent customer service to caregivers and young adults accessing services.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Sort and process donated inventory
- Support volunteer activities including training on new tasks, answering questions throughout a volunteer shift and relationship building.
- Demonstrate flexibility and creativity by leveraging on hand resources and equipment.
- Responsible for autonomously completing daily program maintenance tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely data recording of client visit and inventory records
- Oversee shopping appointments as health guidelines allow
- Sales experience highly desired
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
