Major responsibilities
- Field and send out send written business correspondence
- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Organize and route incoming telephone calls
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Good understanding of Direct Phone Calls
- Background working with Previous Call Center
- Transitional Housing experience desired
- Prior experience with Fair Housing Law
- Customer Success Stories experience highly desired
- Multifamily Housing experience preferred
- Foundational knowledge in CRM
- Earlier work involving Prior Call Center
- General familiarity with Interpret Customer
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
