- Handle incoming telephone calls

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Receive and send written business correspondence

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- Experience with Microsoft Office required

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- 2+ years of past relevant experience

- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

- Numeric data entry experience highly desired

- Command of Call Center Customer Service

- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

- Foundational knowledge in data entry

- Deep understanding of Customer Support

- Adeptness in HealthCare Environment

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
