Our client is looking for a Cylinder Filler to join their team in Plumsteadville, PA.
Pay Rate: $16-$17 (hr) DOE
Work Schedule: 7 AM - 3 PM Mon-Friday
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Learn and understand hazards of various gases, size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks.
• Accurately label cylinders and boxes.
• Comply with Training, safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, procedures which are applicable to this position's responsibilities.
• Movement of cylinders as required in the plant. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completes all documentation and forms in compliance with cGMP's policy and FDA requirements during the fill process.
• Maintains a neat, clean and orderly workplace through proper housekeeping procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
• Adheres to all quality assurance policies and standards.
• Reports accidents including near misses, unsafe acts or conditions and obeys safety rules.
• Able to operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good math skills.
• Fills cylinders, high and low pressure, in accordance with safety procedures and quality.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
