Data Entry / Research Analysts are responsible for maintaining the quality of information presented on Company Pages.
You will be using internal tools to review & respond to requests from internal stakeholders to update company page data, make changes to page configurations, merge duplicate and related companies, and other tasks as required.

Pay Rate - $18.00 per hour 
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Temp - 6 Month Contract
Location - Remote with access to Austin, TX office 


Responsibilities:
  • Identify duplicate Company Pages and merge and alias companies names using various tools
  • Modify Company Page configurations per stakeholders' requirements, while upholding product policies and guidelines
  • Moderate, de-duplicate and label user generated and extracted content including (but not limited to) companies reviews and Q&As
  • Add factual information and other assets to company pages
  • Fix issues on Company Pages (removing incorrect information, finding and adding missing content from the Internet, etc.)
  • Ensure user generated content including (but not limited to) company reviews and Q&As are assigned to the right companies
  • Escalate issues to next-tier support team as appropriate

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of work experience preferred
  • Expert fluency in English
  • Working fluency in another language a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns and issues
  • Passion for digging into a problem and providing simple solutions
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Web analytics, tech product, Excel and SEM/SEO experience is a plus
