RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a talented Desktop Technician in San Antonio, TX. Apply now for an immediate response! Summary: The Desktop Technician's role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. Job Duties:- Desktop Technician will provide technical support with Windows and Mac Laptops, validation of conference rooms, other duties
- Technicians in this role will be providing face-to-face support
- Hours of operation: Monday - Friday (times vary between 4am - 5pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional proficient experience with Apple, Mac Books and iPhones devices and troubleshooting
- Previous role/demonstration skills as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and or other equivalent responsibilities
- High level of professional attire and personality; Will be working amongst high up executive, high end customers in office
- Capable of learning and future teaching; Advocate for newer technology
- Extremely capable of doing the work and demonstrate good communicating skills
- CompTIA Certification is a plus
