Classification: Dispatcher
Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 hourly
Robert Half is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher in Iowa City, Iowa! The right candidate would be responsible for dispatching service technicians of commercial and residential systems for all branches of this company. This person will coordinate with customers to schedule date(s) and time to service our systems. If you are organized and communicative, you could excel in this role! Job Skills/Requirements
• Making and Receiving several phone calls/emails/instant messages daily coordinating service calls for customers
• Troubleshoot with customers and technicians.
• Dispatch service technicians for all branches.
• Adjust service schedule as needed for emergencies or delays
• Communicate with customers for any schedule changes
• Communicate and understand multiple monitoring stations and their platforms.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience working with multiple phone lines
-General computer skills
-Ability to work as part of a team
