System One is recruiting a Distribution Engineer for a power facility in Gulfport, MS. This position will require both office and construction site (field work) and be exposed to all weather conditions. May be required to work shift work.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in JETS (Job Estimating Tracking System) and DistGIS that can estimate jobs in the Coast Division (Gulfport, MS) area for a few months, into 2022
- JETS is the program used to estimate material at MPCO, and DistGIS is the electronic drawing tool used to draw and engineer jobs
- Work daily with Engineering Staff drawing up Reliability Jobs, New Business Jobs, and Special Projects
- Must be able to work in a team environment, communicate with both coworkers and customers, and know when to ask questions
- Engineering must have experience in both systems and can draw and estimate jobs using the two SOCO systems listed above
