Pay: $46.00/hr

We're looking for someone to:

  • Execute strategic content solutions for advertising partners across Entertainment Networks  advertising.  Executions span linear, digital, social, influencer, and custom branded content elements. 
  • Act as liaison and project manager with client, sales, and internal, production and network teams to keep projects on timeline and ensure best-in-class implementation and performance of custom content programs.
  • Executive production oversight of all program elements including custom content, linear, digital & social media elements, ensuring program is on time and on budget. Responsible for building project timelines, obtaining client assets, coordinating with networks and production, reviewing program content, as well as managing both internal and client approvals during the production process.
  • Regularly manage and track promotional inventory in proprietary system and build an understanding of other important resources / systems across Sales and Entertainment Marketing Solutions team.
  • Maintain campaign tracking documents and prepare wrap reports as needed.
  • Other tasks as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline; major in marketing/advertising or communications a plus
  • Minimum 2-4 years related work experience and familiarity with television, digital and social media landscape
  • Stellar project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge, understanding and genuine interest/desire to grow understanding of linear, digital and social media platforms
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented team player with ability to successfully multitask and meet demanding deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic and interested in expanding understanding of the advertising landscape (content marketing, social, audience targeting, etc.)
  • Professional maturity, integrity and discretion while handling confidential documents and internal information
  • Take initiative, anticipate team needs and bring solutions to streamline workflow
