Classification: Executive Assistant
Compensation: $21.85 to $25.30 hourly
If you're an efficient Executive Assistant who is passionate about the Manufacturing industry and can manage a variety of administrative tasks, this open position from Robert Half could be for you. You will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing operations of a growing company and be able to develop your professional experience and relationships. This Executive Assistant role is located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area and is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations
- Setting up presentations
- Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
- Vet calls
- Arrange reports and financial data- Proven ability to use the internet for research
- Multiple Executives experience desired
- Strong familiarity with Calendar Management
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Foundational knowledge in Daily Schedule
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
