7 months Contract with possible conversion opportuinity
MUST HAVES:
- 2-3 years' experience in either financial reporting or as a financial anaylst
- Background with financial operations
- Experience with direct client facing contact (being professional, handling administrators)
- Detail oriented, critical thinker (doesn't just do the work, but is passionate about understanding it), team player
PLUSSES:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Math
- Healthcare background
DAY-TO-DAY
This role is not just about the financial aspect and numbers, it also includes a lot of operational tasks. The biggest priority here is finding individuals who are passionate about wanting to dig deeper and understand financial reports, catch errors and work with the team to meet their contractual deadlines each month. They will be working closely with account managers, group administrators and different finance team members. A level of eagerness, professionalism, and critical thinking will allow someone to be successful in this role, along with their financial reporting/analyst background !!
