Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assisting Buyer with Purchase Order management
- Working with Inventory Management Systems
- Keeping Client Management System records updated and accurate
- Helping manage financial data
- Answering phones and assisting walk in customers
- Maintaining client lists and client files
- Updating customer accounts
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-starter with understanding of process and procedure.
- Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, and utilize time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and accounting.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Good cooperation and people skills are a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have high school degree or equivalent.
- Work experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with the public in a positive nature.
