RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Help Desk Analyst. Summary: Our client, a prominent San Diego area healthcare company, is hiring multiple Help Desk Analysts for their team. In this role, the Help Desk Analyst will work on a team to investigate and solve technical issues related to PC's, mainframe or applications. The Help Desk Analyst will get to work directly with users and innovate solutions beyond the typical protocols.REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree required
- Must have worked in IT Help Desk for 1 to 3 years
- Help Desk experience
- ServiceNow
- Active Directory
- Access Management (Preferred, not required)
- Epic (preferred, not required)
- Good critical thinker, organized and good at prioritizing
- Good at written and verbal communication, personable and easy to talk to
- Understand end point devices like PC's, printers, phones and fax machines
