Classification: Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Compensation: $18.05 to $20.90 hourly

The company has partnered with Robert Half and is looking for a self-starter to grow with them, handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. What you get to do every single day
- Manage a number of administrative duties
- Update employee database records
- Explore the internet to locate potential customers
- Assist in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- Microsoft Word experience
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
