Classification: HR Generalist
Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 hourly
Robert Half Buffalo has an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join a growing automotive part manufacturer in Buffalo, NY to assist with an HR project. The HR Generalist will be in charge of a wide variety of responsibilities, including processing workers compensation claims and managing employee relations and enforcing policies/procedures. . This short-term contract opportunity is with an organization based in the Philadelphia area.
- Develop, implement, update HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Serve as a liaison to employees and managers to provide answers to questions regarding policy and procedure interpretation utilizing HR disciplines and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and statues
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day data entry for payroll tasks and processes
