As the Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. Our client requires a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will succeed at this position if you're great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Responsibilities
- Implementing various administrative duties
- Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources
- Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Constructing internal recommendations
- Conducting interviews
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- Corporate Recruiting experience
- Comprehension of Recruiting Plans
- Adeptness in sourcing recruitment
- Solid understanding of Campus Recruiting
- General familiarity with Technical Recruiting
- Previous experience working with Recruiting Initiatives
