Classification: HR Recruiter
Compensation: $25.00 to $45.00 hourly
Our fantastic commercial property management firm, located in Brentwood, is looking to staff up their Talent Acquisition team. This firm is experiencing tremendous growth and we are looking for talent acquisition candidates to join the team. We are open to Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiting Sourcers, Recruiters and TA Specialists. You will help support full-cycle recruitment efforts for over 30 requisitions in multiple locations, including global hires. Previous experience with Jobvite and/or a similar ATS system is a must. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced environment and provide excellent customer services skills and white glove candidate experience levels. This position is onsite four days a week, Fridays are remote. Lunch is provided daily along with a fully stocked kitchen and gym.

- Managing interviews
- Creating internal recommendations
- Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Performing various administrative duties
- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Adeptness in Recruiting Techniques
- Corporate Recruiting experience desired
- Practical knowledge of Jobvite
- Deep understanding of recruiting
- Recruiting Sources experience
- Recruiting Activities experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Strategies
- Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
- General familiarity with Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
- Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
