We are currently seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician for a long-term contract opportunity.
This is a stable corporate office in need of general day to day IT support help.
We are also currently offering a special incentive bonus.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software deployment
- This includes
- unboxing, inventorying, imaging, data transfer, deskside installations, de-installs, decommiss ion, and shipping of old equipment
- Document and track deployments and assets as directed
- Escalate errors and issues to your manager as required
- Resolve end users' issues and provide technical assistance with computer software and hardware
- Resolve issue for clients face to face and remotely
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior experience in a technical support role onsite
- A+ or other certification is a plus
- Asset management experience and knowledge
- Adaptable and professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 hour based on experience –W4 Tax profile; Weekly Payroll Compensation.
