How you will make an impact
• Answer incoming calls to field leads for potential shipments
• Utilize various pricing information to ensure costs are covered and a certain margin is kept while staying competitive
• Provides accurate, friendly customer service

• Sales and Customer service related experience desired
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
