Description of Duties Performed:
Fabricates expansion joints for pipe and ducts connections according to blue prints and customer specifications.
Examines blueprints and or work tickets to determine dimensions and type of joint to be fabricated.
Applies mold release to mandrel.
Builds up specified number of layers of rubber or fabric around mandrel to form joint expansion.
Ability to read a tape measure is helpful but not required.
Dress Code/PPE:
Steel toes and face mask required. Safety Glasses will be provided.
