Job Description:
- Experience working managing multichannel marketing campaigns
- Direct experience with developing marketing campaigns targeting multicultural and/or in-language audiences
- Experience working with creative agencies (or experience working at a creative agency)
- The Contract Multicultural Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creative development, execution and ongoing support of client's customer marketing initiatives.
- This role will work closely with the Multicultural Marketing Strategist and trusted creative agencies to develop product and/or program messages, tactical plans and channels targeting multicultural and hard-to-reach audiences.
- Contract Multicultural Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting partnerships with community-based organizations, tribal outreach and multilingual marketing and communications by writing and executing creative briefs in partnership with advertising agencies and other external vendors to manage, design, and execute multi-channel communications.
- The Contract Multicultural Marketing Specialist will provide Marketing Strategy with campaign performance metrics and continually re-evaluate campaign performance to optimize metrics.
