Immediate need for a 1 year Remote contract position! Must have strong Project Management background and someone who has worked on the Operations side of things! The majority of this contract involves working with marketing coordinators to retrieve details surrounding projects and then consolidating the information into reports that will be sent out to marketing teams leadership. Prefer to have candidates located on the East Coast or Midwest due to manager hours.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Oversee designated projects from beginning to end, making sure deadlines are met
- Reports progress to stakeholders
- Produce high quality, accurate deliverables and obtain approvals
- Assist with creating presentations
- Utilize Sharepoint for content collaboration
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams)
- Proficient in Sharepoint
- 5+ years' experience working in Operations or Project management
- Self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects at one time
