We are currently seeking a qualified User Research Program Manager to join a large, successful tech company.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in UX/UR and great presentation skills. The role will have an emphasis on teaching/coaching others how leverage UR discipline excellence/best practices to have impactful conversations with customers and collect user feedback to impact product decisions. You'll also be working on a diverse team that is actively working to make DE&I part of the product making process and user research more inclusive.
Must haves:
• Solid UX/UR background of at least 3-4 years industry experience and a related educational degree
• Great communications + interpersonal skills
• Amazing planning/program management skills along with confidence with presentations and interacting with stakeholders
• A quick learner; independent initiative
• Passion for User Research/UX, lifelong learner
• Passion for helping/coaching others
• Passion for/involvement in DE&I
• Familiarity with Windows, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and recruiting platforms such as [Link available when viewing the job]
