Contract Duration: 8 months.
Training: Up to 6 weeks, remotely.
Location: Orlando, FL - Role will begin remote, then shift to on-site once offices re-open.
Shift times will be 8.5 hour shifts within the general hours of operation: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Overview
- Provides back office operational support to service teams who work with RIAs (registered investment advisors) to maintain their client accounts.
- High volume of work with minimal direction.
- Service-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
- Experienced with MS-Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with PowerPoint is desirable
- Ability to multi-task and to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing account maintenance, account update, and money movement requests to identify items that are not in good order; and reaching out to notify advisors via electronic communication channels
- Processing account updates and money movement requests
- Assists with separate projects that could include but are not limited to: maintaining client files, pulling reports, data entry
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry, high attention to detail
- Experience with sensitive clients; these clients are high risk, needing utmost attention
- Discretion - cannot disclose client information outside or activity outside of the workplace
- Competency in technology
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Financial Industry experience
- Customer Service experience
- 4yr degree
