Classification: Paralegal
Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly
Do you possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support as Paralegal? Robert Half has an immediate position as a Paralegal for candidates with a passion for the legal field. Located in Miami, Florida, this work opportunity is a short-term contract / temporary job opportunity. Motivated candidates who exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities, will be preferred for this position.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
- Thorough investigation and analysis of complex legal documents- Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Customer service oriented communication skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
- Draft Legal Documents experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Schedule Depositions
- Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
