We are hiring for Secondary work at a quality driven established plastics manufacturing company right here in Brainerd, MN.
Qualified candidates are able to work independently or with others to ensure completion of production requirements. Must be able to use hand tools and be able to tolerate a very warm work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Leak testing of tanks and assemblies
- Inspection of assembled components
- Conduct secondary operations such as routing and flaming
- Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Promote positive and productive working environment
- Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas
- Be flexible to support various operations within the department
- Document updates to work instructions as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experienced with assembly processes and equipment
- Experienced in the use of assembly tools and fixtures
- Good organizational skills, self motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize
- Ability to work well with others
- Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a warm environment
- Additional skills as deemed necessary
Hours: 2nd Shift : 2pm - 10pm / Monday - Friday
