We are currently in search of a Program Manager 4 to join a leading technology company for a 75% remote position / 25 % on-site in the Redmond, WA area.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Product Development / Design background in Consumer Electronics for the next generation of gaming hardware.
- A strong combination of technical breadth and depth will allow you to work cross-functionally with different disciplines (Industrial Design, Ergonomics, Electrical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Software and Firmware).
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary group that will design hardware systems and develop manufacturing processes to bring innovative products to market.
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Prior work experience in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
- Flexibility and a "Growth Mind-Set" are essential for team success
- Must possess strong cross team / group / org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan, and mitigate subsequent issues.
- The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
- Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles / skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
