Project Administrator at Experis

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Summarize overall purpose of the position.


The Project Administrator is an integral part of the communications team responsible for providing administrative and project-based support. The Project Administrator will be responsible for managing and completing recurring administrative tasks and updates for the Field Communications department. The Project Administrator is responsible for organizing and controlling a variety of project activities of varying size and complexity under the direction of the Field Communications Leadership team.

This position starts out remote then will transition to job site in Dublin in 2022. 6 month contract with extension or contract to hire based on performance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs:


List the core duties or tasks that are fundamental to the performance of the job. Define purpose, function and the result to be accomplished. Also, focus on frequency, time spent, etc. List in order of importance.
  • Acts as administrator for Store Ops inbox and is primary person responsible for responding to store and field inquiries

  • Completes and summarizes recurring tracking of store and field inquiries and partners with appropriate business partner/vendor to follow-up on action needed

  • Supports weekly maintenance of reference materials on the store portal site

  • Acts as the primary support partner to complete the annual scrub of reference materials on the store portal site, working with business partners on updates needed

  • Responsible for pulling recurring survey and feedback, summarizing and sharing information with business partners

  • Provides ad-hoc support for team as needed including publishing communication projects

  • Executes print and copy requests as needed

  • Tracks and updates Field Communications budget accounts and updates expenditure logs

  • Compiles project survey data and summarizes in a format that is easy to understand

  • Conducts research to support project needs such as review/update reference materials on the store portal site

  • Drafts clear and concise communication for store and field leaders

  • Drafts and completes weekly and/or monthly recurring communication projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

List Education level, Years of Experience, Technical Knowledge, and/or Certifications required for the position.


  • College degree preferred in relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years related work experience

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively interact with business partners autonomously and with confidence

  • Ability to work in a team environment through a variety of support functions and support multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Advanced PC Skills, Microsoft Office Applications- particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred

  • Understanding of retail store operations preferred

  • Entry level project management skills desired

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations as needed
