Vaco is working with a workforce management software solution organization that is expanding their Project Management team to work on enterprise vendor management software integration/implementation projects. Great company culture, collaboration, and team atmosphere!
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans with MS Project to detail project scope, time estimations, objectives/milestones, and project deliverable.
- Interface with business stakeholders and gathering business requirements for software needs.
- Assess existing business requirement documentation to achieve governance and SDLC process.
- Review existing software workflow to match with captures business processes.
- Identify issues, risks, and perform root cause analysis.
- Recommend software solutions based on business needs.
- Interact with software vendors to meet project timelines and cost management goals.
- Create test plans/test cases to meet business requirement documentation.
- Provide cross functional project management responsibilities over team members associated to project.
