Robert Half is a seeking a Purchasing Clerk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
v Maintain accurate, up to date vendors, items, orders and invoicing in XtraChef, HubDoc and QBO.
v Processing and filling all orders from stores in XtraChef. Convert Orders to Invoices as needed.
v Processing all cup orders from stores for efficient ordering from Vendor. Prepare routing for driver Invoice Stores
v Packing all orders and have ready for driver pick-up to route to stores timely
v Weekly Warehouse inventory cycle counts in XtraChef
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
v Order administrative store supplies for restaurants as needed, maintaining an acceptable inventory of (but not over-stocking) paper, pens, printer ink, and all other basic supplies retained in stores.
v Order employee uniforms as needed, including name tags, shirts, hair nets, visors, and hats.
v Research item pricing for materials such as menu boards, pans, grills, etc.
v Responsible for sorting and routing store to store paperwork and forms weekly
