Records Management Processor at ITAC Solutions, LLC

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Records Management Processor for a contract position with a respected organization in Birmingham, AL! This person will be highly organized and detailed focused.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Maintain physical and electronic files and loan documents
  • Convert documents into the software system and conduct document reviews
  • Handle and approve requests for documents and files
  • Schedule storage and manage transfer requests, documenting transactions accurately
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of related banking experience highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Loan documentation software experience preferred
