ITAC Solutions is seeking a Records Management Processor for a contract position with a respected organization in Birmingham, AL! This person will be highly organized and detailed focused.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Maintain physical and electronic files and loan documents
- Convert documents into the software system and conduct document reviews
- Handle and approve requests for documents and files
- Schedule storage and manage transfer requests, documenting transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as needed
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of related banking experience highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Loan documentation software experience preferred
