Job Details for [POSITION]:
- Contract Recruiter Schedule:
- Hybrid- 3 days remote, 2 days in office- 3 days in the office will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday-remote Monday and Friday
- Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00
Job Responsibilities & Description for [POSITION]:
- Full Cycle Recruiting-Open Internal requisitions, post, source, screen schedule, coordinate interviews with Hiring Manager and offer, to on-board the candidates.
- Manage Candidate Pipeline, continue to keep engagement
- Recruiter present to participate in Hiring events: Virtual, in-person (if applicable with COVID)-requires some potential local travel
- Responsible to cross fill section of positions within the organization. Entry-level all the way up
Job Requirements for [POSITION]:
- Min 2-3 years of FULL Recruiting Responsibilities Experience
- HRIS-They use VIBE, but familiarity with any recruitment information system is helpful
- Applicant Tracking System: They use VIBE, but familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking system is helpful
- MUST be Tech Savvy
- Minimum High School Diploma, would prefer a Bachelor degree
