Our client with locations in Center City Philadelphia and Charlotte, NC has an immediate need for a contract Recruiter. Must be local to either of these locations.
Requirements of the Recruiter
- Recent corporate recruiting and/or HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field
- Ability to work effectively remotely
- Experience with social media recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Analytical and detailed oriented background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities of the Recruiter
- Screening resumes
- Job postings
- Creating requisitions
- Implementing recruiting plans
- Networking
- Evaluating and interviewing of talent
- Assisting with onboarding activities
- Performing background checks
- Sourcing/recruiting processes to meet objectives
- Utilizing social media
- Establishing an applicant pipeline
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Cultivating relationships with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs
