RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full Cycle Recruiting-Open Internal requisitions, post, source, screen schedule, coordinate interviews with Hiring Manager and offer, to on-board the candidates.
- Manage Candidate Pipeline, continue to keep engagement
- Recruiter present to participate in Hiring events: Virtual, in-person (if applicable with COVID)-requires some potential local travel
- Responsible to cross fill section of positions within the organization. Entry-level all the way up
RECRUITER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 2-3 years of FULL Recruiting Responsibilities Experience
- HRIS-they use VIBE, but familiarity with any recruitment information system is helpful
- Applicant Tracking System: They use VIBE, but familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking system is helpful
- MUST be Tech Savvy
- Minimum High School Diploma, would prefer a Bachelor degree.
Recruiter Schedule:
- Remote: 3 days remote, 2 days in office- 3 days in the office will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday-remote Monday and Friday
