Classification: Recruiting Assistant
Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 hourly
Our client, a global technology firm, is looking for at least four sourcers to join their team on a contract basis for the next six months. You will work fully remotely for now and will work a hybrid schedule in 2022. The role of the sourcer is help pipeline talent for a variety of open positions across all functional roles. You will help pipeline candidates for technology, accounting, marketing and other various departments. The ideal sourcer will have at least six months of experience and/or exposure to a fast paced recruiting department. You will work with internal applicants and referrals, source through LinkedIn and other various platforms. You will help to schedule initial interviews with the recruiting team and hiring manager. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.
